Spend it like ya got it

So today on my lunch hour I'm going to have to go to Sears and Home Depot to price dishwashers. Ours has played out, and will sit there making sounds like it's doing all kinds of stuff, when in reality, it's not doing a damn thing.

Derek has inspected it, and it's not because there's no water getting to it, so...

Time for a new dishwasher.

I don't relish spending the money, but I will say that I'll be happy to get rid of this one. It came with the house, and even though it cleans well, the layout of the shelves and baskets is so wasteful of space that it makes you want to grab the designer and bitch-slap him into unconsciousness.

So that's nice.
